Tourist Tax
The tourist tax (sometimes also referred to as visitor’s tax or local accommodation tax) is a fee charged in order to safeguard Lago di Garda’s timeless beauty and support the maintenance and expansion of infrastructure and services. In Italy, accommodation providers are legally mandated to collect this tax. The tourist tax currently amounts to €2.20 per guest and night. Minors under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax. You are welcome to settle the tourist tax upon check-out.
CHeck-in & Check-Out
CCheck-in is on the day of arrival from 16:00 to 19:00. If you arrive after 19:00, please let us know at least 2 days in advance.
For the Villas in Giardino dei Fiori, a late check-in fee of 75 euro will be applied.
For Villas Olivaia, Limonaia and Cedraia, a late check-in fee of 150 euro will be applied.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your private villa by 10.00 am.
Holiday with dog
Your dog is very welcome at COLAGO. Please let us know when making your reservation if your four-legged friend will be accompanying you.
We charge 15 € per day for your dog.
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all our villas and apartments. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our no-smoking policy. Those who wish to smoke are welcome to do so in the open on their private patios or in the garden.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm your booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
For villa Gelsomino, Fiordaliso, Orchidea, Agatea and Oleandro reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Should the cancellation occur between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to retain 30% of the deposit.
Should the cancellation occur less than 15 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to retain 100% of the booking amount.
For villa Olivaia, Limonaia and Cedraia reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 45 days before arrival.
Should the cancellation occur between 45 and 30 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to retain 30% of the deposit.
Should the cancellation occur less than 30 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to retain 100% of the booking amount.
