Collection and processing of personal data

The website owner collects, uses and discloses your personal data only if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the data collection. Personal data is any information that can be used to identify you and can be traced back to you – for example, your name, e-mail address and telephone number.
You can also visit this website without providing any personal information. However, in order to improve our online services, we store (without personal reference) your access data to this website. This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. As a user of this website, you are responsible for all personal data of third parties that is published or passed on through this website. You hereby confirm that you have obtained consent for the transfer of third party personal data to this website. Due to the anonymization of the data, it is not possible to draw conclusions about your person.

Purpose of the use of the collected data

The data about the user is collected for the following purposes:
• Provision of the Owner’s services
• Analytics and interaction with external social networks and platforms
• Creation of statistics
• Newsletter Marketing: With your consent, the information provided may be used for promotional purposes. This includes sending marketing communications such as newsletters. The processing may be automated (via SMS, email and push notifications) or non-automated postal. The legal basis for processing your data for these purposes is Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation. Consent to use your data for direct marketing is optional and depends on your free choice.

Access data

Access log files and error log files are stored on the server. These log files contain the IP address of the visitor and thus personal data. The following data is recorded there:
• Visited website
• Time at the time and duration of access
• Amount of data sent in bytes
• Source/reference from which you came to the site
• Browser used
• Operating system used
• IP address used

You can view the log files yourself. They are located in the /log folder on your web space. The current data is stored in the files access_log and error_log. The IP address is anonymized after 24 hours; for this purpose the last octet is zeroed. The deletion then takes place after 7 days at the latest. The log files are collected and stored to maintain server operation and for statistical analysis.

How we handle contact data

If you contact us as the website owner through the contact options offered, your information will be stored so that it can be used to process and respond to your request. Without your consent, this data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Google Services

On this website, various services of the company Google LLC, with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA are used. Google Ireland Limited, with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is the controller for data processing in the European Economic Area. These services use “cookies” – text files that are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google LLC complies with European data protection law and is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement:Google LLC – Privacy Shield
IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other contracting states of the agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address initially transmitted unabbreviated to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. The user’s IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google. As part of the agreement on the order data agreement, which we as website owner have concluded with Google LLC., the latter uses the information collected to create an evaluation of website use and website activity and provides services associated with internet use.
The data collected by Google on our behalf is used to evaluate the use of our online offering by individual users, for example, to create reports on website activity in order to improve our online offering.

You can use a browser plug-in to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google LLC. The following link will lead you to the corresponding Plugin

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. This service enables an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Alternatively, by clicking on this link, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about you within this website. By clicking on the above link, you will download an “opt-out cookie”. Your browser must therefore generally allow cookies to be stored for this purpose. If you delete your cookies regularly, you will need to click on the link again each time you visit this website.

Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage so-called website tags via an interface and thus integrate, for example, Google Analytics as well as other Google marketing services into our online offer. The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not process any personal data of the users. With regard to the processing of users’ personal data, please refer to the following information on Google services. Use Policy

We use the online marketing method Google “AdWords” to place ads in the Google advertising network (e.g., in search results, in videos, on web pages, etc.) so that they are displayed to users who have a presumed interest in the ads. This allows us to display ads for and within our Online Offerings in a more targeted manner to present users only with ads that potentially match their interests. If, for example, a user is shown ads for products he or she has been interested in on other online offers, this is referred to as “remarketing”. For these purposes, when our website and other websites on which the Google advertising network is active are called up, a code is executed directly by Google and so-called (re)marketing tags (invisible graphics or code, also referred to as “web beacons”) are integrated into the website. With their help, an individual cookie, i.e. a small file, is stored on the user’s device (comparable technologies can also be used instead of cookies). This file records which web pages the user has visited, which content the user is interested in and which offers the user has clicked on, as well as technical information about the browser and operating system, referring web pages, time of visit and other information about the use of the online offer.

Furthermore, we receive an individual “conversion cookie”. The information obtained with the help of the cookie is used by Google to create conversion statistics for us. However, we only learn the anonymous total number of users who clicked on our ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that personally identifies users.

The users’ data is processed pseudonymously within the Google advertising network. I.e. Google does not store and process e.g. the name or email address of the users, but processes the relevant data cookie-related within pseudonymous user profiles. I.e. from Google’s perspective, the ads are not managed and displayed for a specifically identified person, but for the cookie holder, regardless of who this cookie holder is. This does not apply if a user has explicitly allowed Google to process the data without this pseudonymization. The information collected about users is transmitted to Google and stored on Google’s servers in the USA.

For more information about Google’s use of data, settings and opt-out options, please refer to the privacy policy of Google and the settings for the display of advertising by Google.

Google Maps is a provided map visualization service that allows this website to embed relevant content on its pages. Personal data such as cookies and usage data are used in the process. Information on this can be found in the Privacy Policy of Google Maps
